My head is pounding, so I will need to be brief. A commitment is a commitment, so I feel the urge to write anyways.
All I can think to write is this: Please, if you have back pain, check it out. Don't think that because you are in your 20's or 30's it can't be serious. Don't think you're too young, and don't think it's normal to have pain in your back. Go to a chiropractor, a doctor or even a massage therapist. Don't do to yourself what I have done. Don't let anyone else tell you it's nothing. It's your body, your health. Take responsibility for it. Don't let yourself be fooled into thinking that it will pass. It may pass....this time. But at some point it will no longer be fixable, and you will be forced into a life of pain. Almost as bad as the pain, is the drugs I have to take to be able to handle the pain. It never goes away; the pills only take the edge off. Taking the edge off constant pain is like trying to slice bread with a dull knife.....it's useless and just tears everything up. If nothing comes from this blog, than one person getting their back fixed, before they are like me, then I have done well.
Talk to God. He loves your voice, and will guide you. Love someone forever....Most of all.....GO BE PHYSICAL!! Tomorrow is too late!!
Peace
